This is a unique pasta dish, with wide flat strips of al-dente pappardelle pasta noodles, garnished with a special wild boar ragu sauce.

It's not gamey at all, and the thick chunky meat sauce carries bright vegetal meaty savoury sweet flavour, nicely appetizing.

Love the presentation of this dessert, which is served in a hollowed lemon.

I never knew they have full meals. Normal but interesting.

Its Chinese name more power - 六味鸑肉汀. But I'm underwhelmed. I've heard so much about them and yes the soup itself I really could feel "power", but the meat was lousy and I didn't like that all the herbs were in a packet instead of swimming in the soup. Yam rice was not bad.

Among these, I liked the Pon De Ring most for its chewy texture and the Uji Matcha Cream filled donut for its generous bittersweet matcha filling.

If you ask those who stay around Bishan for where to grab supper at night, this place is definitely on the list.

This kway chap stall only open at night until pass midnight. Making it one of the popular dinner and supper place in Bishan.

Also what interesting about this stall is that they sell all the ingredients separately, so you need to choose what part of the meat that you want to get.

To get a mixed of everything would probably cost a lot, with pretty big portion for one person. So it is best to come with group of people if you get everything in one plate.

All the meat parts are braised nicely without any compromise of smell.
