Ordered their Fried Baby Squid, Duck Confit and Steak Frites. The food came out really fast, and the service staff were exceptionally helpful with their recommendations and occasionally checking up on us to ensure that we were having no trouble.
The Fried Baby Squid was crispy and went well with the spicy aioli, which was tangy and had a kick at the same time. The Duck Confit was tender as well, and underneath the duck was a small hill of creamy sweet potato, beans, and corn. We also had the Steak Frites; the steak was tender and juicy, and the Frites were especially crisp as well, each bite leaving a satisfying crunch. Lastly, we had the Chocolate Brownie, warm and served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, the taste accentuated with raspberries and nuts. It made for a satisfying dessert, a fitting end to our fantastic meal.
The atmosphere was lovely as well, our table provided with a small lamp that made it all the more romantic.
Would definitely recommend Market Bistro, a good place to settle down for a quiet dinner with friends.
Ended my dinner off with a Raspberry Cheesecake parfait which was of the right sour along with the cheesecake blend - another good marry. SO SO GOOD LA TRY IT
The fried baby squid with the chili mayo is crazy good. So flavourful and crunchy, I couldnt stop eating it hahaha
Their duck confit is also good. Savouriness was on point and goes well with the sweet potato puree. I also LOVE the raspberry sorbet with the cheesecake. The slight tang of the raspberry really complements the rich creaminess of the cheesecake.

You can never go wrong with a bright and fresh ππππ ($ππ), or the perfect breakfast bagel πππππππππ ($ππ) - stuffed with hashbrown, hokkaido milk scrambled eggs with cheeseπ§ and truffle mayo! We also tried the new πππππ ($ππ.ππ), but found the fried chicken and egg mayo too dry.
if youβre working in the cbd area and looking for a nice quiet spot with good food, look no further. market bistro serves amazing steak frites, the steak is tender and juicy and delicious with the garlic butter. and duck confit is to die for, super soft and literally melts in your mouth, and the sweet potato mash is so so creamy. sharing plate i liked the most were the spicy salmon dip, easy to eat and yummy. if youβre a fan of pork crackling iβd recommend it too, very crispy. and end the meal with a choco brownie, comes with vanilla ice cream and strawberries. portions were big and we definitely left the restaurant happy and full
Had a great time at the market bistro. For starters, I highly recommend the Fried Baby Squid with Spicy Aioli sauce. For the main dish, l urge everyone to try the Irish Duck Confit - it was tender, moist and flavourful. Lastly, don't miss out on the Raspberry Cheesecake Parfait for dessert!
