They innovated haha. I trust them so much I tried it. The duck wraps were fine. As usual the noodles were very Hong Kong standard.

($2.20?) I almost forgot that it's quite ex due to increasing cost and also everything gotta be increased ~ so it's artifical taste tbh for blue coral

I always wondered why such a well-loved cuisine had no customers here. I tried and know why. Although the meat was nice, there were only a few pieces. The curry-lor mix also barely had a taste. The stall just felt like it didn't have pride in itself - that's the worst insult you can receive.

(Whole - $16) I just bought it bc of my mum's craving ah lol but then bc another store at ci yuan cc closed for the day 😅. Spring Chicken gotta be a bit salty but some of part was unseasonal ah 🌝 but French fries gotta to be super salty.

Grande ($) I felt that it was not that sweet tbh but then still ok for spring season 🌱. Just a fruity blended ice drink ~

I'm surprised to see this open a foodcourt stall. I don't know their relationship with Star Yong Kwang but they all sell grilled seafood. Unfortunately this was no better. Some of the worst stingray I've eaten. Decent sambal but the meat was little, dry and stuck to the bones. The best thing was the broccoli.

($2.50) I decided to get their waffles for kit kat since it's their limited flavour on selected outlets. I felt that their kit kat was quite creamy and milky but a bit of kit kat crunch.

($6.80) previously I have tried their matcha oreo like last year and kinda disappointed :") but then this round of time it's getting much better probably bc of azuki (red bean)? I thought they will be removing flavour after christmas instead of putting permanent flavour on the menu.

($2.50) I didn't really wanted to order this but then got sore throat that time so gotta to be a bit healthy ah. So red bean filling was quite smooth, thick and also a bit sweet. But the waffles was being made before so the staff went to reheat waffles again and apply red bean filling lol. Waffles texture was not the crispy or crunchy type and more than like "kuek" type.

Ate for fun so picked fish fillet instead. Quite boring.

The girlfriend loves this stall and cannot stop. The signature soup isn't spicy and tasted like ramen broth. Unfortunately signature soup seems to have less ingredients than other soups we've tried. As you can see, their noodles come in three types - white, yellow, black. Beef shank was okay.

Cu Liang Yu Fen, with its customisable soups and meats, took over Seremban beef noodle's unit. The bowl is huge. The amount of ingredients may not be enough for two pax, but they're definitely a lot for one. You always wonder why PRC food can give so much without making a loss. Think of it, they're just using a large bowl and a lot of soup, which doesn't cost a lot more, but makes you shiok. China definitely beats Singapore at this. Note that golden soup has some spiciness.
