Chicken Teri Don ($12) was affordable and decent, staff were friendly, and their drinks are cheap.

After the oishii meal, cleansed ourselves with a cup of Hot/Iced Green Tea(H-$1/Cup, C-$3/Jug) to wash away all that salt intake.🀣
For the alcoholic, Fuji offer a wide range of alcohol for you to chill and chit chat with your kaki. Example, Honey/Watermelon Soju($18), various beer, sake, whisky, etc.

Leek($1.80) - Salted, soft, charred and crunchy.
Asparagus Bacon($2.80) - Standard tasty bacon wrapped crunchy asparagus. The perfect salty combo.

Thick lengthy noodles that was cooked to a slurpy soft texture bathing in their respective flavoured soup. Topped with cha shu, same marinated egg and garnished with spring onions.
Miso based tasted more of a peppery miso soup.
Cha shu wise were mediocre. Hard but chewy. Flavour not that intense.

For those lighter in taste, can have their moderately seasoned cooked salmon. Serve with the same rice in dashi broth and comes with the same marinated egg and seaweed strips.

Umami dashi broth poured over cooked fluffly pearl rice, decorate with tasty, intense, flaky, heavily seasoned, tender, soft, grilled white tuna that will leave a charry fishy saltish blend in your mouth.πŸ€”
When you thought to yourself that its okay for the fish to be this savoury to make it flavourful, wait till you had a small bite on their near-perfecto ajisuke tamago.πŸ₯šβ˜οΈBam!!!πŸ’₯ The lethal marinated egg bomb literally explode and shoot 360 degree all round millions of saltish soya taste. Lucky, got rice to pair with sia.πŸ˜…πŸš
Garnish with seaweed strips.
