If you ask those who stay around Bishan for where to grab supper at night, this place is definitely on the list.

This kway chap stall only open at night until pass midnight. Making it one of the popular dinner and supper place in Bishan.

Also what interesting about this stall is that they sell all the ingredients separately, so you need to choose what part of the meat that you want to get.

To get a mixed of everything would probably cost a lot, with pretty big portion for one person. So it is best to come with group of people if you get everything in one plate.

All the meat parts are braised nicely without any compromise of smell.

At $1.40 this is pretty affordable for the portion. The bee Hoon is better imo tho

And this is the small portion, more than enough to feed 2

The noodle texture isn't good, stock was kinda weak also, but the unique thing was the savoury salty sambal, with hardly any strong spice

Their portions here are quite generous but they've got prices to match, it's slightly ex but still acceptable

Huge fresh meaty fish head with a family friendly sauce, it's very fruity, sweet and sour, with a tinge of heat
