Spaghettini was al dente. The seafoid was clean and fresh. I didn know it was spicy. Nothing stands out so would recommend to try other dishes.

This is not the first time I’ve had mushroom ice , so I had an inkling of what to expect. This’ll turn your preconcieved notion on its head of what constitutes acceptable ice cream flavours, with the unmistakable umami funk of fungi sharpened with salt assaulting your senses. This decidedly vegetal dessert’s companion pieces were a crumbly zucchini cake and tangy lemon meringue yoghurt which helped cut though the earthiness of the former components.

Featuring tender abalone chunks nestled within a creamy white sauce infused with abalone liver, mashed potato and topped with a generous sprinkling of parmesan cheese.

While the dish leaned towards a slightly salty profile, its flavours were enhanced when paired with bread, offering a delightful way to soak up the rich sauce.

Overall, the Abalone Gratin proved to be a hearty and indulgent culinary delight, offering a symphony of savoury tastes and creamy textures that left me thoroughly satisfied. Its irresistible flavours lingered on the palate, leaving me yearning for another helping.

Took me long enough to try this!! I absolutely enjoyed the fluffiness and creaminess of the scrambled egg that was drizzled with a bit of soy to give that umami flavour with every bite. The luncheon meat and prawns are perfect complements for your rice with egg, I just wished that there was an option to add more egg to this bowl! The star of the dish really was the scrambled egg, and how it seems really recipe perfected. However, it still comes with a bowl of unimpressive and relatively dry rice that did not match up with its impressive ingredients.

Lcuky they had a few non spicy options. The chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The sauce may look little but it was just nice, not making the dish too salty. The eggplant was also not too mushy. Cabbage still maintains it crisp giving the dish different texture. Would recommend to try this!

Rich, chocolatey & slightly fudgy yet not too sweet. Moist brownie with crackly top, sprinkled with sea salt which complements wellπŸ˜‹ there's melted choco chips inside too!
