poached salmon, melted miso-nori butter, furikake onsen egg, yuzu shimeji, soba

herbed roasted chicken, potatoes & carrots in sundried tomato broth, served with sourdough

Icing was a bit too sweet for my liking, and the cake sort of dry and crumbly. I’d suggest a different cake if you’re here.

There was an assortment of tempura ranging from fish to prawns to various types of vegetables!! The batter was pretty thin and not too oily. you can choose between rice or udon.

there was also a promo which gave us an extra 2 tempura prawns if we ordered the assorted set or sth.

slightly disappointed - beef was tough to chew
will stick to my miso salmon soba the next round

I just tried the Chef‘s Signature Course ($250.00++) which includes A5 Miyazaki Beef, Aji, Uni with Brioche, Monk Fish Liver, King Crab with Ramen and more!

Top 3 dishes are :
💕 Uni from Hokkaido, brioche and tomato sauce.
Crisp brioche on the outer layer , while soft inside served with Uni from Hokkaido and tomato sauce.
💕 king aji, ikura and yuzu.
Love the texture of King Aji, firm with bites texture, served with olive oil, ikura and dollops of yuzu.
💕 A5 Miyazaki beef
Melt tender sliced A5 Miyazaki beef served with Japanese egg. Roll it up and pop it into mouth. It’s really good.
💰$250 per pax.
They also have kids menu if customer want to bring young kids to experience it.

This is the first and only crawfish ramen in Singapore - Singapore Crawfish Ramen in Shenton Food Hall using crawfish from our very own Singapore Crawfish farm.

Last but not least, the meal ended on a high with a juicy wedge of sweet melon with creamy Hokkaido milk ice cream, and their signature Matcha Financiers. I dare say one of the best matcha bake I have tried, the texture was amazing - crisp-crunchy on the outside and moist within. There was also the umami fragrance, earthy savoury tea flavour, and the warm caramelised exterior.

Part of the Takayama’s Spring Omakase Lunch Menu ($150).
