Very nice. Lightly drizzled with truffle oil. And the soy sauce is made from 海带 kelp so is less salty. One of the highlights was the halibut's fin muscle - lightly seared, it was tasty and love the fatty smooth feel in the mouth. This cost $68 a plate. #openricesg
