Founded in April 1990 by namesake Abdul Rahim S/O Nathersa, this stall is acclaimed for serving among the best renditions in Singapore.
.
The bright red hue of the yellow noodles, bean sprouts, red onions, peas, beef slices, chicken egg, potato cubes, cabbage, and green chili, has a greasy slick look.
.
The aroma is enticing, with soft chewy tender juicy textures, and big smoky grainy salty meaty savoury vegetal earthy sweet starchy spice flavour.
.
Completed with juicy sliced cucumbers that lend a vegetal sweet note.

โค๏ธ this eatery that serves a simple & comforting bowl of ban mian, located near my workplace! It comes with an array of ingredients including crunchy ikan bills, fried shallots, garlic slices, savoury minced meat, soft-boiled egg and a bowl of soup on the side. A great option during cool weather (like today!) as the place can be uncomfortably warm on sweltering days.

Ng Kuan Chilli Pan Mee has been 1 of my favourite Ban Mian store ever since I first had it at their original Kovan outlet years ago.

Their chilli is fiery, so best not to overload on this.

Their Ban Mian is best to have at the shop, da pao it before, and all the noodles just sticked together so easily.

would rec banmian instead because the meehoonkueh became too clumpy

price increased๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ but iโ€™ll still willingly pay because itโ€™s good๐Ÿซ ๐Ÿคง๐Ÿ™ƒ

Lunchtime! ๐Ÿดโฐ

Itโ€™s bonding time with my colleagues and ex-colleague over great food and good company during the school holi week.

This popular nasi lemak eatery [thatโ€™s near my workplace] serves a hearty, delicious and affordable meal that I thoroughly enjoy!!

โค๏ธ the crunchy ikan bilis, bright orange runny yolk and slightly spicy warm-up otah [which is perfect for me since Iโ€™ve a low tolerance for spicy food].

We really canโ€™t go wrong with MacDonald! Got the fillet o fish, fries no salt, Coke Zero no ice, mcspicy promotional items.

The items all came as ordered, area was clean, nothing much we can complain about.

Toilet was a little bit wet and dirty but could be a result of the lunch peak period so we cannot say too much about it!

Otherwise generally a good experience!

Very salty, noodles was slightly over cooked.

Egg was the soft boil kind given by default, ikan billis portion was more than average, they also gave fried garlic slices which became all mushed up when we mixed it with the noodle - kinda defeated the purpose of it.

Price: $8.80 - not friendly
Portion: Filling
Taste: 2/5
Overall: 6/10 - get ready a bottle of water to quench your thirst after eating this.
