it’s meant for 3pax but i honestly think it’ll be too little if more than 2pax shares. anyway this is my standard order at nene chicken (swicy flavour) if there’s another person willing to share w me😆🧀🍗 the melted cheese makes this 100% worth it
With honey mustard dip. Their chicken was quite forgettable. The sauce also made no sense. I really liked the lame salad though! Got corn and crabmeat.
With soy sauce. I had been craving this since noticing it. But a word of advice after my disappointment: get any size bigger than solo so that your cheese comes with fire to keep it gooey. Given ours hardened, it's a dumb meal. Their KFC and curly fries were fine.
Have always been a fan of Nene’s fried chicken and fries and their different sauce choices! This time we had the snow curry (?) and teriyaki.
Food wasn’t really hot when we got it (it’s supposed to be hotplate right) but cheese was nice and stretchy; we weren’t really a fan of the tteokbokki.
Personally prefer just the fried chicken and fries! 🍗
You can choose between chicken tenders and half chicken, we went for the half chicken. The meat was a little dry but the cheese and 4 different types of sauces make up for that. Honestly not the best korean fried chicken but the highlight of this hotplate definitely is the cheese. The set comes with 3 drinks but honestly we felt that the amount of food is good to share with even just 2 people.
Wings were served piping hot and glazed with a sweet and savoury sauce. Wings were more juicy than 4 Fingers so that's a plus! However it was $28.90 for 18 pieces which was like nine chicken wings so definitely not cheap. Good to share with friends but it wouldn't fill you up full so do get other dishes!
Pretty average army stew but it's always something comforting and filling on a cold day with friends. It was also slightly on the pricier side (about $30) considering the ingredients that were in the stew.

Tried the advertised 50cm plate! It includes onion rings and 3 dips (mustard, spicy chilli and sweet chilli) for added flavour! Stewed chicken right in the middle, then a long flowy melty cheese mix of chedder and mozerella. The main was the fried chicken pieces- NeNe Chicken's specialty.
Priced at $39.90, I shared this with 2 others. Depending on your love for fried chicken, it may only be able to feed up to 2! Greatly recommended place to go =)
ate at nene because texas chicken was full. dirty tables were not cleared after a long long time because the store was severely short of staff 😢😢 ordered the 6pc tender chicken meal ($10.90) and the 2pc chicken meal ($9.90). came with a cup of corn + crabstick + mayo & soft drink & fries. fries was rlly good and crispy. also ordered the swicy sauce which i rlly like because without it the chicken would be too dry. 💛💛💛 overall the food was alright, but not the best or most value for money. definitely avoid during the weekends 😣 #nenechicken #sgfood @nenechickensg swipe right for @chateraise.singapore goodness #burpple
8 pieces of chicken, 2 mustard sauce, 1 Thai sweet sauce, 1 spicy chili sauce, a pan of mozzarella cheese, a pan of stew chicken broth and a pan of twister fries = I'M FULL & BLOATED!
And boy the cheese can really stretch! Love the fried chicken too especially the Freaking Spicy one! Really really tongue burning and we all loved it! The chicken stew in the middle was surprisingly tasty and look out for rice cakes inside! Best to wash it all down with a large cup of sparkling Yuzu drink! Yums!

With several pairs of step-sitting positioned in the outlet, it aims to recreate how Koreans savour their meal on the steps overlooking the Han River in Seoul but replacing the view with the various music videos projected on their walls for fans to enjoy.
And not to forget, back on the menu is their signature Green Onion sauce that is now made available across all outlets! This time the flavour is relaunched with a quality Halal recipe for all to relish. Loaded with freshly shredded green, the well-rounded combination of soy sauce, mustard and lemon juice was amazing with the succulent meats so be sure to give it go if you have not tried it. At prices starting from $9.40 for a 2-piece Green Onion Chicken Meal, which consist of a side, one pack of CURLY FRIES and a drink.
For those who seek to set your tongue and lips on fire, the Classic ‘Freaking Hot’ is your answer as tested by the rest while I will just stick to their original and piquant Green Onion sauce.

Now I can get my Korean fried chicken fix just a stone's throw away at Nene Chicken's 8th outlet situated at Nex which opened just yesterday!
I must say that the "Freaking Hot" definitely set my lips on fire and tasted like a spicy toppoki/Korean spicy noodles sauce — perfect for spicy lovers like myself! Though the skin wasn't as crispy as I would like it to be, the meaty chicken and marinate are what would keep me going back for more!
Gotta get me some Korean fried chicken loving!
NeNe Chicken has opened their latest outlet at Nex in Serangoon. Back on the menu is the piquant Green Onion Tenders that has a mix of wasabi and soy lemon sauce. My favourite is the Classic Freaking Hot which could really render one to tears. I'm quite the masochist I guess. 😝🔥

TBH the molten cheese dip was a bit underwhelming as it didn't really go well with the chicken imo. But I enjoyed the unassuming-looking tteokbokki chicken stew and it's curly fries! The complimentary sauces were a plus for me too. Great, but not fantastic. .
