Small and cute tart! The pistachio layer was within the citrus mousse, where there were small pistachio nuts and pistachio butter, within the lemon-y soft creamy mousse. There was lots of mousse compared to pistachio layer though I hoped there was more pistachio. Overall the flavor of citrus was strong but the balance between the pistachio and citrus taste was great and complementary.

One of the best chocolate tarts I have had!! The chocolate was rich and dark, not too sweet, and was in the form of a smooth and creamy mousse. The tart was chocolate-y and like a cookie-base, and the chocolate tart was more dark than the mousse, balancing the sweetness from the mousse. There was even a small little macaron topped on the tart, which was a perfect chocolate macaron!

Overall, @dear.nesuto is a great spot for anyone looking for a sweet treat or a relaxing place to chill. The desserts are delicious and the atmosphere is warm and inviting.

A very pleasantly light piece that has an almond dacquoise base, with layers of nutty pistachio praline, tangy sweet strawberry crémeux and rhubarb compote, plus valrhona opalys bavarois. Was specially created for Christmas!

Pear compote, vanilla, white chocolate and amaretto on a base of hazelnut chocolate sponge and chocolate sablé. I personally would have liked a more distinct pear sweetness to come through, as the chocolate elements seem to take centre stage here.

Delicate log cake with tarty rhubarbs in centre,strawberry and pistachio. Encased in dried vanilla bean bavarois mousse and almond dacquoise.
The cake is light, not too sweet.
