One of the Japanese vodka that is made purely from premium japanese rice. Very smooth to the throat and it has a nice sweet aftertaste unlike some vodka that comes with medicine-like aftertaste. It tasted more like sake than hard liquor. Not available in the Singapore market yet and it is selling at $78 during the festival itself.
Pop up store by Omakase Burger at the Singapore Cocktail Festival is serving this glourious and extravagent burger. Impossible meat patty with soft bun and johnnie walker infused candied bacon. Look at the gold foil, such a premium addition to this burger. The flavour of the meat patty was really good, rich flavour that is really similar to the meat taste. Tried the candied bacon alone and it is really sweet and crispy!
all the hipster overpriced stuff here. nachos with mapo tofu sauce aptly named MAchos for 8. bak chor png for 12. chocolate cake with hazelnut ice cream for 9. chocolate avalanche for 8. uni with squid ink custard for 13.
only the uni pudding was not to my liking cos im not one who knows how to appreciate it. the rest were fine though. nachos was my favourite of the lot. try to calculate swee swee your spending before topping up cos there's a fee of $3 if u want to get a refund for the remaining credits.
