USDA Black Angus ‘CHOICE’ Rib-Eye, 500grams $75. It’s also available in different sizes 500grams, 600grams and 700grams at $15/100grams. Even at 500 grams, it’s a huge portion suitable for 3 pax sharing. It also comes with sides of caramelised onions, potato wedges, a plate of fried rice with beef drippings and sea salt frakes, black pepper, mustard and chilli sauce for dipping. .

Default doneness of beef cubes were cooked in medium rare so if you finds it too bloody, you might need to ask them for more well done doneness. Beef is very tender, awesomely cooked and well flavored!! So shiok!!

Foie Gras Egg Special, $10. We came for this!! Heard so much good review about this dish here and it’s indeed superb! An unique dish for combination of Foie Gras and eggs.. a piece of pan-seared Foie Gras on top of soft boiled eggs served in an old school traditional Coffeeshop tea cup! Totally melt in our mouth and so flavorful! Small cup but it’s full of goodness in it! .

Looks deceivingly simple - not sure if it’s fragrance from lard but this plate of very springy noodles with slight hint of wokhei was delicious! I might be able to easily inhale this on my own if I’m dining alone 😂

The flavours didn’t meld as well as it was more like topping a squid dish with salted egg, which resulted in a rather wet dish. I prefer the typical fried squid coated with salted egg but this did emphasise on the freshness of the squid. Texture was perfect - springy and not too tough with a good bite!

Very crispy and juicy, flavours were good and it wasn’t too greasy.

Brinjal is easily one of my favourite dishes to order anywhere, so this was quite a surprise because it’s not your typical brinjal.

This had a beautifully caramelised, sticky sweet and slightly tangy glaze, fried - remained crisp throughout! The curry leaves were pretty fragrant too. This interesting dish that also works as a bar snack imo is worth a try, but I personally like juicy brinjals better.
