Back here again and this time they were more generous with the noodles. The prawn broth was sweet and flavourful. The lean meat this time was more generous and so were the fish cakes. Also, this time I told them to go easy on the pork lard.
The prawn stock was rich and flavourful with decent amount of fresh prawns and some pork slices. The bee hoon portion could have been more as I was left digging the bowl in search for more strands. If you love your fried pork lard, you will be hearten to know that they are very generous with those, swimming right above the surface of the soup.
It’s a decent bowl of lor mee, with a lot of ingredients and it’s only $5.
💰$5.
