The usual boat noodles that we know of are served in very small portions, but a full portion (and in fact very generous) is available here at Cha Thai. Upon seeing how cloudy the broth is, I knew it had to be good and it surely did not disappoint after tasting it! Hours are spent preparing the broth and that results in the flavorful and rich tasting soup. Ingredients include pork lard, pork slices, pork balls and of course the rice noodles! The pork slices are prepared using the sous vide method so they’re extremely tender!

Always so satisfied with the quality of food at Peony Jade which was recently awarded the Bib Gourmand in Singapore's Michelin Guide. We started the night with this Deep Fried Bull Frog — succulent and juicy meat with a crispy skin simply seasoned with pepper and salt!
