Niigata (Our Tampines Hub)

I enjoyed this meal and the rice tastes really healthy and nutritious. Relatively affordable for a restaurant after using Burpple (~$7/bowl).

Got the small bowl a la carte, which I think should be enough for the average appetite although bigger eaters may wish to opt for the bigger portion. I like that they didn't skimp on the sauce so there was enough to cover some of the rice.

The unagi was really tender. Paired with the crunchy pickled radish, it was a winning combination. Hard to go wrong with unagi!
