Finally tried @nipongnaepongsg's new mala ppong. I got the soup version with beef. The soup was really rich and it was rather spicy. I feel that both the noodles and the soup were good on their own but they didn't really go well together. After being wowed by the other flavours this was a bit underwhelming but I'll still like to try the dry version. There's a lunch promotion going on where you get 20% off your food items ordered so it's a good deal! Plus they have @shopbackgo for you to save more too 🤗

The curry ppong was rich and slightly spicy. It was really shiok just that the creaminess can make you a bit sick of it after awhile. It’s good to share to balance one the flavours too!

Garlic Pizza felt like a dessert pizza because of how sweet the pizza was. Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t overly sweet just that when you had your palate accustomed to the jjampong broth, the garlic pizza’s sweetness provides a very different contrast. It was so good my girlfriends and I wiped out the pizza despite having a jjampong each by ourselves. We were bursting by the end of the meal 😋 ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

Again, very shiok. It says Thai, but the curry was more Japanese. With chicken, spinach and mozzarella cheese. The latter hardened too quickly for my liking but the Korean noodles were so hearty.

I'll admit, I think Korean food is among the poorer cuisines in the world. But this place fuses the usual jjamppong with other styles and I was hooked. Featuring tomato cream sauce, this was more like pasta using Korean noodles, which were so hearty. Topped with tobiko and mozzarella cheese, the latter hardened too quickly for my liking.

More like lychee milk. I'm not a fan of yogurt and I'm glad this happened.
