Spicy beef meatballs cooked in fresh tomato coulis. The meatball was cooked perfectly and well seasoned in a sweet, spicy tomato coulis that makes you keep wanting more. RM30 per serving.
A mixed selection of artisan cheese. Manchego, Mahon and Queso de Cabara with bread and chutney. RM30 per serving.
Grilled buttered baguette topped with roasted garlic, vine ripe tomato relish and anchovy. Haven’t had such a good crostini in a while and this version with sardine was perfectly prepared for pre meal. RM25 per serving.
Slow cooked duck leg that’s crispy on the outside served with potato gratin, green beans, pomegranate sauce. It’s one of the best duck confit in town. RM95 per portion.
Nicely cooked cod fish and octopus tentacles served with crispy onion rings, grilled carrots, radish, in lemon and herb sauce. All main course from their coal fired oven comes with two side dishes from a list of selection like roasted garlic mashed potato, grilled Sigar highland farm vegetables, ratatouille, truffle fries with Parmesan crisp, garlic buttered French beans etc. RM135 per serving.
