The famous Adam's road prawn noodle store also sells really soft pork ribs that fall off the bone. What I really love about this bowl of noodles is that they aren't conservative with their lard -- it makes the noodles soooo rich and satisfying ๐Ÿคค

Still one of the better prawn mees out there. Very addictive soup youd just want to keep going at. The basic version came with 2 prawns each sliced into halves, some pork ribs and your choice of carb.

only 2 prAwns but they r srsly huge, fresh n crunchy w a sweet aftertaste. the 3 pork ribs r super meaty n the soup was basically a flavourbomb. $12 but totally worth it :โ€)

At $8 (S), it comes with a bowl of broth that contains 3 big prawns and some pork ribs, along with a separate bowl of dry noodles in their special sauce.

In my opinion, the broth was diluted and didnโ€™t taste fantastic at all. On top of that, their pork ribs were pretty tough and the prawns didnโ€™t have a good bite to them. Their only saving grace was unfortunately the noodles.

PRICE: $6
Comes with pork belly

WAITING TIME: ~ 3 minutes on a weekday past 9.30pm (no queue)

PRAWNS: 4 fresh prawns

NOODLES: Can choose from the usual few selections. Love the seasoning.

BROTH: SHIOK

WILL WE RETURN? YES

When I was there at around 11am on a weekday, the stall had already run out of the big prawns for their signature big prawn noodle ($8/$10/$12/$16).

Left with the 'normal' prawns, I decided to go for the pork ribs prawn noodle ($5) but they got my order wrong and gave me pork ribs noodle ($5) instead.

The broth is light without a heavy umami taste. It is not bland per se but just sufficiently flavored.
