Was delighted to see Johnson Duck cos the last time I ate this was eons ago opp Beauty World. Got the duck noodles with roast pork add-on. The duck was succulent, juicy and tender. Plus I got one pc that had a big pc of skin attached. Yummy!!!!

But the roast pork didn’t fare as well. Skin was not very crispy. A bit lau hong. It was prob crispy hours ago but not at 9pm. The noodles were clumpy and soft. Got a strong taste of lye as well.

Spotted Qiu Lian Ban Mian as I pondered my calorie intake for the day. Got their healthy you mian (500 calories). I really liked this bowl. The soup tasted as good as always. The noodles were Q and the egg was the best. Egg white was cooked properly and yolk had a lava centre.

Pretty reasonable price for a stall at Kopitiam. Perfectly roasted chicken with savory chicken rice. Such comfort food could be found within walking distance. Another reason why I prefer to stay in SG.
