A fairly large piece of duck meat done just right with a crispy layer of skin atop a smooth layer of sweet potato mash & decorated with fresh florals. This dish is definitely not easy to master with the varying taste buds that it has to settle, but it can definitely satisfy your craving when you have one.
The consistent red center, cooked at medium is great for those who are afraid of seeing blood in their red meat.
