Soup was delicious Cos of the fresh scallions. expected it to be thicker but it was more of the light kind of soup.

You can even choose the type of noodle! Good thing is that it’s halal too.

Big bowl of noodles, salty soup and good pancakes. A good-filling belly meal.

Being a fan of hand pulled noodles I had to try Nuodle and was glad I did because their noodles are really soft and smooth in texture! I got the Sliced Beef Noodles which came with an onsen egg. The soup was rich in flavour, the beef was tender and the egg was cooked just right too 😋

The Signature Beef with Flat Noodles (L) ($12.90) was served just 5 minutes upon ordering, piping hot. The generous amount of beef and noodles as well as copious amounts of scallions and chilli oil were of the perfect ratio for two. The soup, though relatively simple, was packed with flavour. The noodles were qq - not too soft and still had the bite to it. The star definitely had to be the beef — thinly sliced and lean, with nice textures from the fat. Every spoonful was so good, that I wished I had bought a bowl for myself.

The Beef Pancakes ($3.95) were relatively crispy, though the pancake to minced beef ratio could be improved.

While most of the diners are here for beef noodles, the non-beef eater got to settle with seafood noodle. My seafood noodles comes with crab stick, fishball, mussel, prawns and tofu in lightly seasoned broth and handmade la mian. It was flavourful and quite filling. It also comes with various choice of handmade noodles such as thin, normal, thick, flat or leek leaves》$9.95/regular

Bought the $7.90 fave voucher for 1 bowl of their signature la mian + 1 side. (I had the pickled cucumber). Frankly disappointed as the soup wasn’t as aromatic as I wished it could be.
