We are back at O'Ma Spoon for more bingsu and we are pleased to see that the eatery has launched several new flavours! One such flavour is The Green Mountain, which is a mountain of bingsu adorned with matcha powder and red bean, together with whipped cream and an oreo cookie at it's peak. The matcha powder was fairly bitter and we loved that as this rendered the dessert less sweet. However, you might not want to finish all the matcha powder at the start because there is nothing below all that ice, so you may end up having nothing to go with your ice towards the later part of your dessert.

Our main gripe would be the price of the dish, which is a whopping $16!! 😱 We felt it is a little expensive as the most substantial thing in the dish was the matcha powder, so this is something you may want to bear in mind before ordering this item.

O'Ma Spoon is crowded as usual even on a Monday evening, presumably because it is one of the few eateries open at 10 pm! You probably have to wait a while to get a table if you are there around then.

Injeolmi petit is a must but now thy Are experiencing shortage of Injeolmi rice cake so it’s replaced with matcha rice cake on another hand, mango petit is my to go as I love mango and it’s not too sour nor too sweet 🥰

Had the green tea bingsu, mango yuzu bingsu and injomin toast.

All the bingsu is of good quality and milk is of good quality. Injomin toast is toasted nicely with the mochi in it.

We are back for the second time this year to try another bingsu at O'ma Spoon! This time, we got the green tea flavour which costs $14.90++ and it comes with A LOT of green tea powder atop finely-shaved ice, together with red beans and a scoop of green tea ice cream! The ice cream was pretty concentrated although it is sweeter rather than bitter (aka not matcha). The ice on the inside got a bit plain so don't finish all the green tea powder and ice cream at the start, otherwise the dessert will not be very nice after!

We visited at around 8 pm so it was still pretty empty as the dessert crowd hasn't arrived yet. However, be prepared to queue if you are visiting at around 9+ pm!!

Haven't been here in a really long time but glad to see that the queue was still long! This is the stall's signature Injeolmi Bingsu for around $15, and you have the fluffy shaved ice covered with a lot of kinako soybean powder, and it is topped with rice cakes, red bean and peanut bits. It was really nice although I think the shop overdid the powder as you can really choke on it if you are not careful. Hence, would advise everyone not to eat this in big mouthfuls.

Serving is pretty big so good for sharing amongst two to three persons.

Went to O'ma Spoon after soooo long and had the Very Berry Bingsu🤤 $15.90 and cravings satisfied hehe👍🏻💯

One thing i really like about O'ma spoon is that the shavings are actually milk shavings, not just ice!! It really adds a lot more flavour compared to normal shaved ice bingsus and its my favourite bingsu cafe in Singapore😍
