Seriously one of the best coffee I have ever tasted!

It came with sugar already mixed inside, but it wasn’t overly sweet. The coffee:milk:sugar ratio complemented each other perfectly.
If only the price wasn’t too steep, would drink it every single day. One bottle costs $6.95.
Located about 8 mins away from farrer park mrt, it is definitely a place worth coming.
Had loads of plugs for you if you plan to study nearby~
Heard the food isn’t bad too!

Drink: 5/5
Place: 4/5
Price: 3/5

Sous vide chicken, roasted broccoli and shallots crowns a base of delicious brown rice with raisins, nori seaweed, pop rice and furikake.. ticked in all boxes of delicious and umami.
Served with a side soup to add flavour and moisture.
For $16.50 hell, yes!! Take my money already 😋😋

I love avocado on toast and old hen certainly did it good. Topped with dukkah, hazelnuts and perfectly accompanied by a poached egg.
The star of the show however was the avocado cream spread on the sourdough which was delicious
Only grouse was the price.. $16.50 a tad too expensive i feel but notwithstanding, a well put together dish

Old Hen is one of my favourite spots for brunch. They have an Asian-European fusion menu with interesting dishes such as mochi pancakes, avocado on toast with harissa, and fries with Singapore chilli crab. The coffee is excellent, but only available in one size. This place would be perfect if they could do coffee in a mug!

really love old hens kitchen big breakfast plate. they've unique offerings like bacon potato croquette, strawberry fig jam. yums

Back in Singapore to this Mochi Pancakes from Old Hen Kitchen . A stack of fluffy pancake with mochi right in the center of it. It is topped with granola, vanilla bean ice cream, and fresh berries, served with cinnamon maple syrup. Somehow the fluffy pancakes work perfectly with the chewy mochi without being too heavy, and the granola gives extra crunch to the bite.
