This is my choice place for chicken satay.
Slightly charred and crisp on the exterior and extremely juicy inside .
The chicken meat is really really very fresh.
The satay sauce comes with pineapple purée which imparts a little tangy- ness and cuts through the grease 😊
This is the must go place for satay if you like fresh cuts of meat that is well but not overly marinated.
The chicken satay here is exceptionally good - juicy on the inside and with a slight charred exterior from the grilling.
The magic begins when you dip the satay sticks into the home made peanut sauce which has fresh blended pineapple purée in it.
I like how the ketupat is also quite traditional as you can still see part that have rice grains in them.
A plus point is that service is fast :)
Pork satay with peanut sauce and pineapple paste is quite rare. This satay is well grilled and the sauce not too spicy.
Meat are soft and tender, too bad it is not serve hot !
