💕Created in collaboration with famed local chiffon cake extraordinary @susanne.decochiffon, the Salted Egg Lava Chiffon Cake is fluffy, smooth with luscious salted egg yolk cream.
Dont forget to reheat into the microwave for 15 seconds to 30 seconds, and the cream transforms into a molten and velvety salted egg ‘lava’.
💰$23.80,approx. 450g.

💕The Black Sugar Cake with Walnut, The buttery cake exudes a smoky caramel aroma (courtesy of the premium black sugar used) and the crunch of roasted American walnuts.
💰 $23.80, approx. 680g

The Salted Egg Yolk Lava Chiffon has salted egg in the center, by popping it in the microwave for 15-30 seconds will give you the molten salted egg lava, very delicious and instagramable!⁣

My personal favourite is the Black Sugar Cake with Walnut, you can smell it when you open up the box, very soft like the Salted Egg Lava Chiffon cake too. Perfect for teatime for after lunch dessert!⁣

Relish the idyllic spirit of the Kampong days

When I opened the tin, I could smell the fragrant peanut sauce
.
The cookie had a perfect combination of sweet and savoury; it has the distinct taste of peanut satay sauce and also there are chockfull of chopped peanut bits
.
And the spicy punch of cumin and chili lingers at the back of my throat for a while

When I opened the tin, I could smell the familiar smokey bak kwa aroma
.
The cookie had a really strong savoury note; strong smokey flavour from the barbecued chicken meat came first when I took a bite
.
A few seconds later, the flavours of garlic and a rather distinct corainder came right after
.
I like that Old Seng Choong are generous with their barbecued chicken meat and also with the addition of black sesame seeds gave the cookie a bit of crunchness and earthiness

When I opened the tin, I could smell a strong laksa aroma mainly from the combination of lemongrass, laksa leaves and dried shrimp paste
.
The cookie had a strong savoury and mild sweet note; sweet mild flavour from the coconut milk is what came first when I took a bite
.
A few seconds later, strong earthy flavour from dried shrimp paste hits my mouth and then the spiciness from the chili comes right after and lingers for a while at the back of my tongue
