It's really v good.
The creme brulee isn't just the torching of the top, the custard has a texture and flavour that's both that's lighter than normal. Pastry was buttery too, and not overly flaky
Good stuff, quite unique and thus worth a try
Textbook, there's a slight crisp, and pretty decent.
Worth a try if you like your classics, esp if it's rare to find a decent one
