The fried mee siam is flavourful. It has all the richness of a mee siam incorporated in this dry version. This is my favourite dish from the stall! The hei zhou goes well with this too!

Dried shrimp, shallot & fresh chilli rempah, Noodle, Prawn, fish cake, century egg, minced pork, shiitake mushroom
Surprised that the century egg taste was pretty mild.

Hei Zhor 虾枣 (S$3/ 3pcs)
Filled with prawns, solid mix of pork and fat, chestnuts and aromatics.
Love the crunchy and chunky texture!
