Craving for something sweet, so went with their cake of the day which just so happens to be this Nutella Oreo Cake. It's ultimately comforting for those who love chocolate flavours — the buttercream evokes familiar memories of Oreo Crush (basically a drink at bubble tea stalls with loads of sugar and crushed Oreos) that I loved so badly in my polytechnic days; buttercream speckled with crushed Oreo bits with a crumbly texture to chew on with moist, chocolate cake. Surprisingly not too sweet, especially given the different elements of chocolate used here.

PS: Got my Magic pulled with the Nylon beans and it was a creamy cuppa that carries a medium body with a fruity flavour profile that is strangely up my alley. Very well executed!

Much like the Vietnamese Pork Belly Burger I had a while ago from their Thomson outlet — the one here comes with purple slaw, Sriracha Mayo and Pork Belly slices instead of pickled vegetables. The flavours are overall very similar though simpler due to the lack of pickled vegetables — mildly spicy mayo that comes with a hint of the flavour of the sauce matching thin pork belly slices with a crisp skin. The bun here comes crisp around the edges, which gives it another dimension in terms of texture for the entire burger.

Had the lamb ciabatta ($12) and long black ($4).
Not bad - would have liked a bit more meat in the ciabatta. It is tasty but like what Emily (previous reviewer) said, out of proportion with the nice thick ciabatta bread.

Mushroom Bacon Cheese Ciabatta ($10 nett) tastes better than it looks, but is super heavy because of the bechamel. Split this between 2 people & we felt the same way. Deliciously cheesy, but heavy on the palate.

Moroccan Lamb Ciabatta ($12 nett) had, imho, not enough lamb slices. The spinach & yogurt sauce paired well, but the ratio of ingredients to the thick (delicious) bread was way off. 🍞
