bacon carbonara // $15

spicy mushroom aglio olio // $14

french toast // $15

i love how one man coffee allows you to use burpple beyond for online delivery as not many places have such an option. to make things better, delivery is free once your order hits $30.

the carbonara exceeded my expectations as the onsen egg somehow managed to remain runny and there was just a right amount of creaminess without being cloying.

i wasn’t a fan of the spicy mushroom aglio olio as it was a tad too spicy for me. thankfully, it had a generous amount of mushrooms and the noodles were al dente.

while it was a pity that the french toast could not be presented prettily on a plate, i like how the quality is not compromised at all. the caramel sauce had a tinge of saltiness, which made the dish stand out from the typical cafe toast ! they did their best to package it nicely, even going as far as to separate the caramel sauce.

I had the gashouse eggs! It was not bad, with the melty cheese, runny yolk and crisp toast, but I had expected more given the rave reviews. However, it wasn’t hot anymore (just slightly warm) when I had it because the rest of the items took a little longer to come, so that might be a reason why. The pasta and french toast were enjoyed by my lunch buddies!

Loving my #StayHome brunch, do support them! Generous portion with 1 for 1 deal available as well.

The sausage was amazing! The herbs and spices infused were delectable. Came with avocado sprinkled with paprika, fresh salad without any dressing was pleasant. Crispy bacon and nicely seasoned mushrooms! I prefer my scrambled eggs more runny. At $19++ with Burpple 1-1 it was great! Goes well with their coffee.

Used the Burpple 1-for-1 but honestly I’d come back here even without a promotion! One of the best brunch spots I have ever been to. Highly recommend their Gashouse Eggs ($13) but their matcha latte was rather diluted
