Smoked swiss pork ham, mushroom salad, thai beef salad, asparagus salad, cod fish with yuzu dressing, baked spring chicken

(Part of the Semi-buffet Lunch $38)

Dips (hummus, muhammara, babaghanoush), lomo iberico, smoked swiss pork ham, burrata, mushroom salad, thai beef salad, salmon mustard, baked eggplant, baked spring chicken

(Part of the Semi-buffet Lunch $38)

My favorites are burrata, lomo iberico and mushroom salad. Most of the dishes that I tried taste quite bland, overall the food are not as tasty as my previous visit.

With a delectable pumpkin-based custard filling in a buttery pie shell, this is the perfect after-meal sweet treat for the festive celebration.

This Ricotta Tortellini with Truffle Mushroom Sauce from One Ninety restaurant has a beautiful combination of cheese and truffle, complete with a delicious creamy sauce.

The dish is available on the Festive Semi-Buffet Lunch Menu and Christmas Day Brunch Menu!

The best thing about this brasserie is the atmosphere - such an oasis in the busy Orchard Rd area. Tables are fairly well spaced out. Service is friendly and pro-active. The lunch buffet is also in the understated style of Four Seasons Hotel - not an overwhelming display where you’re tempted to overindulge, but enough for a satisfying and healthy lunch. Prices are reasonable - $38++ without a main, $48-63++ with a main (depending on what you choose). Among à la carte items, the char kway teow is truly delish, although it costs five times more than at your friendly hawker.
