The restaurant features a Theatre Kitchen – watch the chefs showcase their culinary magic à la minute over apple-wood fired grills, brick pizza oven and tandoor oven. The Restaurant is led by Italian Executive Chef and Director of Food, Beverage and Culinary Operations Giovanni Speciale, who brings more than two decades of expertise honed across extensive experience in Four Seasons properties in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. He leads the expert team of trained chefs and local cuisine chefs who have featured in food festivals abroad.

An exquisite Peranakan afternoon tea by @FSSingapore and @Candlenutsg, the world’s first Michelin-starred Peranakan restaurant.

The ensemble of Nyonya classics is peppered with playful creativity yet retaining the essence. Expect to find roti jala (coconut crépe) paired with Chef Lee’s Mum’s signature chicken curry, Pang Susi, or sweet confectionery like Kueh Salat and Buah Keluak Tart.

My favorites are burrata, lomo iberico and mushroom salad. Most of the dishes that I tried taste quite bland, overall the food are not as tasty as my previous visit.

With a delectable pumpkin-based custard filling in a buttery pie shell, this is the perfect after-meal sweet treat for the festive celebration.

This Ricotta Tortellini with Truffle Mushroom Sauce from One Ninety restaurant has a beautiful combination of cheese and truffle, complete with a delicious creamy sauce.

The dish is available on the Festive Semi-Buffet Lunch Menu and Christmas Day Brunch Menu!
