Christians believe that Jesus is the bread of life, and He is the "One Loaf" that would satisfy our needs: Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, gentleness and self-control. We have experienced that "One Loaf", and we want to share this with others.
One Loaf Coffee is a social enterprise, inspired to reach the masses and to raise the awareness that in the midst of peace and prosperity, there are many who encounter problems and issues in their families. Many of these families have schooling children who are unable to learn well in schools due to unfortunate circumstances.
We partner various Family Service Centres (FSCs) to provide academic assistance to those who are in need. Other than sustaining the business costs, One Loaf Coffee uses its proceeds to subsidize tuition fees for these students to provide them an opportunity to do better in schools, and to motivate them to improve their self-esteem, character and perspectives of life.
While One Loaf Coffee is a fairly new development, we have been helping students since 2012 and till date, we have subsidized over 110 students between Secondary 1 to JC2, and we have subsidized over $243,000 over the last few years. We hope that with your support, we can continue to reach out to more students in need, and to transform the lives of more people.
