Origin Bar’s cocktail game has always been on point, and now they’ve just stepped up said game with a brilliant rum programme, with a mind-boggling 353 types of rums, 13 of which are infused in-house.

The Very Old Fashion sees Plantation Xaymaca aged inside a chocolate sphere, imparting a velvety richness to the Jamaican-style rum’s inherent fruitiness for a bold yet sophisticated beverage further enlivened by bitters and smoked chocolate syrup.

Utterly refreshing, the Coconut Daquiri evokes beachside vibes with a sweet and citrusy mix of young coconut aged Chalong Bay, coconut water syrup and lime juice. A great sesh cocktail I could see myself quaffing several of easily.

It's unthinkable, award-winning Origin Bar houses over 300 bottles of rum, and this will only expand as they work towards being home to the largest collection of rum in Asia.

Origin Bar’s collection ranges from clear rums such as the Tanduay White Rum 3 Years from Philippines, to the full bodied and complex El Dorado 50 Years from Guyana, South America. Other notable rums in the collection include the rare Black Tot Last Consignment, and the 18-year-old Caroni Navy Replica bottled to commemorate the 100th year anniversary of the closed Caroni distillery and the single cask bottling of Sami rum made specifically for Origin Bar by the Cambodian-based Samai distillery.

What's more impressive is that Origin Bar has also concocted 13 unique rum concoctions in-house, comprising of Silver Spiced Rum Line, Black Spiced Rum Line, Coconut Aged Rum Line, and the Chocolate Aged Rum Line.

Tiger Beer Battered Fish And Chips ($18): Probably the hot favorite in the Bar Snacks Menu. Batter is light and crisp, fish meat was chunky and well seasoned. Fries left a hinge of buttery aroma towards the end. And what holds everything together? The homemade tartar sauce

Rosemary Scented Camembert ($18): To be honest, the rosemary scent is rather negligible. But the toasted bread paired so well with the gooey cheese. Try to eat it once served as the cheese will harden once cool. If that happens, you can request to reheat again (Great service!!). Dip the bread in the melted camembert cheese and jam for the great sweet salty flavor

Advice: Use Eatigo to get 50% discount off the menu at selected timings. Get the Fish and Chips, Camembert, and Chocolate Freeze Balls ($14) as desserts. The Mac and Double Cheese Grill and Meat Balls can be skipped. They aren't as nice as they sound

They really good sliders here. These three sliders came in different flavours, along the theme of Salty (wagyu and blue cheese), Sweet (tomato relish, onion marmalade, Zuni pickles and Irish aged cheddar), and Spicy (sriracha, picked, jalapeño, lettuce, tomatoes). They are all very juicy with good beefy flavour.

Not to mention the ambience here, dynamic but still feeling chill. Live bands every Friday and Saturday too!
