This Green Tea Tiramisu Cheesecake (yah I know right) was so soft, with light cheese and lingering bitterness of Jeju green tea.
Quite super, much much better than the roll. Will have this again.

The cheesecake is smooth and creamy, leaning towards the rich, denser side but given the size, it was easily manageable for one without any overwhelming aftermath. Though the characteristic earthy notes of green tea wasn’t prominent here, the cheesecake was still luscious and enjoyable as a dessert on its own, without associating it with matcha 🤭.

2️⃣Houji tea chocolate bamkuchen roll [5800 krw~> $7]
Houjicha tea cream encased within a chocolate flavoured bamkuchen roll that’s soft and sufficiently moist, the characteristic roasted flavour was pretty distinct and lingering here, which caught me by pleasant surprise. Wasn’t expecting much from this but it still managed to meet expectations, with an aromatic roasted flavour, despite the chocolate being somewhat negligible here 😅 .

3️⃣Iced green tea double shot latte [7000 krw ~> $8.40]
Served without syrup (yay to a stronger matcha beverage✌🏻), the price may be steep for a beverage but it certainly did not disappoint, with its prominent earthy flavour and a lingering bitter undertone. That’s how I like my matcha to be - intense, earthy with no other extrinsic sweetness! 💚 .

The green tea taste was pretty fragrant and the cream wasn’t too heavy. So I’d recommend that you try it when you’re in Korea!
