Ever thought of purchasing the furniture in the cafe while you're there? In Ovas cafe, you can! All their furniture are up for sales, while having a lunch set at $12 for coffee and a few dishes.
I would say their coffee isn't the best, but just decent. And their lasagne was alright. I would head down if there is a lunch meeting or with a huge clique as they have this gorgeous dining table.

Whats even better, this only cost $2.50 cuz they are having 1-for-1 from 2-5pm! I can drink it everyday during work.
Beautiful, quiet, with a chic korean lady manning the counter. 'Caramel latte~?' It's my dream cafe, and the caramel latte felt like the one I had in Seoul 😍 Just... the coffee can be more fragrant 😁
