Went for Saturday brunch! The service there is awesome. As for the food, the burger doesn’t have a very strong taste of truffle, probably suitable for people that isnt a fan of truffle. The bun of the burger and Sweet potato fries is crispy and delicious. However, pretty pricey for an average tasting dish. But good American diner vibes!

Have no idea what's the thing to die for for this burger πŸ˜‚ but it's pretty OVERprice instead of OVEReasy sigh. However I must say the burger is nice, meat is juicy and tender. Burger buns are nicely toasted. However I've no idea why they give us such a huge pickle which I thought it was sausage lol (it will be good if they can give us sausage though). Fries are extremely thin haha I would prefer my fries to be thicker but that's ok. Nevertheless, nice view to compensate this. The staff are really friendly and also willing to help. Anyway I also ordered a milkshake but that just tasted and looks like those I could made it at home haha thought it will be something like the ones at Black Tap oops πŸ˜…

Waited 40mins for this dish. A beer can was stuffed into a whole chicken and roast it in a oven. There isn’t any alcohol taste from the chicken but rather there is indeed an extra fragance from the chicken. The chicken meat was kind of more saltish but probably that the way for a beer-cooked chicken.

It comes with sweet potato fries on the menu. The rib meat itself was a tad too tough but the flavour of the sauce was quite on point. Quite like their coleslaw, slight citrusy and sourish.

It’s like being a kid again. Shells which perfectly encapsulate all that creamy white sauce, multiple types of stretchy cheese, bread crumbs for texture. Wew. It’s a no brainer but add on $4 for wild mushrooms and truffle for that unami flavour bang.

View was great, concept was great. Price not so great but the plump lobster chunks in the mac and cheese made it somewhat worth it. Very salty food - sent the beer chicken back to the kitchen.
