This is the time for you to check out P.Bistro; which is conveniently located at Palais Renaissance.

Main served; "Nyonya Dory served with chef's special marinated sauce, premium dory fish fillet, egg, sweet & sour achar & brown rice($18)." The special marinated sauce is sweet & sour enough for my liking and even making the whole plate of main more appetizing. #jacelynadverts #brandcellar #pbistro #palaisrenaissance #burpple

Meet the beautiful salted caramel cheese cake from P. Bistro, a smooth and dense cake with a texture similar to that of an American cheese cake. However, taste wise, this was not as sweet and rich, making it a lighter dessert. The sweet and salty flavors in the cake acted in perfect harmony, each doing its part but none attempting to steal the show. The bottom crust and and macadamia nuts topping added a nice crunch to the overall cake texture. Recommended! :)

Meet the delightful chef recommendation, Nonya Dory Fish from P. Bistro. The star of the show is undoubtedly the large piece of succulent premium dory fish dressed in a very enjoyable spicy and slightly sour peranakan sauce. But, special mention goes to the fried egg. Beautifully browned on one side and seductively runny on the other, it's just the way I like it. I'm so looking forward to coming back for more of their food. The service here is also really good.

Meet the duck confit from P.Bistro. It came smelling awesome. The skin is very crispy and retains a layer of fat underneath which melts in the mouth. I know of some people who looks for this layer of fat in their duck confit but personally I prefer mine with less fats. The meat is sufficiently tender though I have tasted more tender ones. The duck is the star of this plate and the side of roasted potatoes make a great second lead while the accompanying sauces and salad though gave a mehhh performance. Not the best duck confit I have tasted but a pretty decent one. According to the boss, their ducks are imported from France because the French duck drumsticks are bigger. Ambience and service here (I visited the branch at Palais Renaissance) are good. So yes, I'll be back.

The barista at P Bistro @pbistro accepted my request to draw this latteart after I showed him what I saw on instagram.

Opps, think I took too long with the shot. Otherwise will look cuter. :)

The Barista at P Bistro indulging me with some latteart.
Showed him what I saw on instagram and he said "OK!" Opps, I was busy so took long with the shot. Otherwise will look cuter.
