Definitely worth it if you like mushroom minced meat noodle. Noodle is well cooked not over nor under. So you get the bite of the noodle. The mushroom minced meat sauce is full of flavour with the black vinegar smell coming up to your nostrils as you eat. For $4 it’s a great breakfast. However this stall has two operators. Breakfast and lunch are done by this lady but in the afternoons the noodles are cooked by a male chef not very good in controlling the noodles.

This stall is inside a coffee shop at Blk 18 Jalan Membina just next to the entrance to the MRT station. This minced meat noodle is very well done. The mee pok is cooked perfectly not sticky and mixed well with chilli sauce and vinegar. The stall has a two shift rotation - morning/early afternoon shift and the late afternoon/evening shift. I prefer the morning chef as she really cooks the noodles well. Hence breakfast or lunch will be the better choice to eat here.

Usually stalls like this sells mediocre laksa but this one has excellent laksa. The laksa gravy is lemak but not overpowering. Besides the cockles there’s a good sized bean curd yong tau fu, lots of fish cake slices and tau pok slices. Chilli sauce and laksa leaves are at your disposal. The fragrance of the laksa hits you as you dig into it. The taste is definitely a bar above many. Yummy!
