Pablo's classic Frutes are smoothies made from a combination of fruit juice, cream cheese and soft cream. Refreshingly tangy and smooth, the drink is rich and cheesy without being overwhelmingly so, and swirled through with a sweet mango sauce. Topped with whipped cream, more drizzles of mango sauce and crumble, it makes for a decadent yet affordable treat.

A flaky pastry shell gently cradles the most ridiculously fluffy japanese-style cheesecake filling that's pillowy and cotton soft with each bite. If you like your cheesecakes mild, you'll definitely savour the mellow cheese flavour accented with a touch of sweetness from the alluringly glossy mango glaze that's been emblazoned with the unmistakeable Pablo logotype.

This special PABLO mini cheese tart is a treat to the eyes. Yummy cheese tart topped with juicy apple cubes and hints of cinnamon fragrant, it is a sublime treat to end our Japan trip!

This time round it's for their Classic Cheese Tart Frute (556 ¥) which is a smoothie made from their famous cheese tart mixture and addition of pie crust as toppings.

The cheese tarts come in 2 forms - rare, where the cheese oozes out; or medium, which is more firm. We opted for the rare. It tasted really good on the first few bites but grew tired rather quickly. Feeds 10 easily.
