Item ordered: mini tart ($3.90) - it was ok-ish. Not too bad, but neither did it WOW me.

Food: 4/5
Ambiance: 4/5 - there’re plugs found within the cafe! Can consider charging your phones/ getting some work done there
Service: 4/5 - lady was kind
Overall experience: 4/5

The base is their usual cheese tart and topped it off with apple bits and apple sauce. At last, sprinkled with cinnamon powder to give the finishing touch. Oh, this is good. Love how the sourish taste of the apple sauce balance well with the sweetness of the tart. Weird of me craving for sourish food recently. Guess i am too old for sweet food now 😂😂

Only available in SG, the tart is mostly filled with kaya with only a bit of their lava cheese inside andd topped it off with the coconut flakes. The kaya filling was a tad too sweet for me, but still a good treat to me.

Baguette bun was surpringly soft even though the food was not warm when served to us. It comes with a really big cheesy hotdog and topped off with more melted cheese on top. It was relatively a surprise for this dish to me, especially the bun.

One of the savoury mains off their menu. Toast baked with cheese and topped up with even more cheese wedge for those cheesy lover. It comes with a cup of honey at the side to top off any amount as you wish. I think it was left there for quite a while and it was not warm when served to us. Hence the toast was quite dry.

Love their mini cheese tart here at Pablo! The inner lave cheese is flowing out after the first bite off the tart crust. The cheese is towards the savoury taste and yet the same time there is a hint of sweetness.

Had mini cheese tarts in different flavour - original, matcha and kaya. Still enjoy the origjnal flavour. The kaya one is a bit too sweet but can’t taste much kaya flavour in it. The matcha flavour is a bit bitter and I don’t enjoy it.

Fast forward a year later, they have 3 outlets with a pop-up at Haji Lane selling frozen cheese tarts!!

My fav is still their classic cheese tart. Coming with a nice apricot glaze, the cheesy gooey custardy center didn’t feel as heavy despite how it looks. That being said, it's still recommended for sharing😂

📍: PABLO
🚂: Holland Village, Orchard or Serangoon
💰: $15++
⚖️: The hype might've died a bit but its still a solid place to get a good cheese tart.

I know I’m pretty late to jump onto the cheese tart bandwagon now, but better late than never right😂? I wasn’t expecting Pablo cheese tarts to be this good! I was half-expecting the cheese tarts to be overly rich and jelat, but they turned out to be creamy yet light, and oh so fragrant and wonderful with the crust😍 There nothing to pick on for the Pablo Mini Plain ($3.90) - they are simply good! The Pablo Mini Kaya ($4.20) is a little on the sweet side, but I love the coconutty aftertaste of kaya, which matches well with the cheese filling:) Overall, Pablo turned out to be pleasant surprise and I can finally understand why people were willing to queue for these tarts (thank God I caught on this late and can enjoy my tarts at the Pablo cafe in Wisma without a queue now😬).

Price was $3.90++/$4.90++ for Cone. Ran out of the original cheese soft serve when I was there at night but the matcha was not bad! Creamy and subtle hints of cheese, with mild matcha flavour.

This piping hot mac & cheese was really really yummy. The cheese was burnt just right and it came with a thick, rich and creamy sauce.

The portion may look small, but would recommend that 2 people share this, especially since it has a creamy base.

Definitely going to return for more and try the version with smoked duck!

When I took my first bite, the cheese was a little too strong for my liking and I had been hoping for a stronger matcha taste (given that I’m an avid matcha lover). But as I continued eating, the taste grew on me and sort of tasted like a matcha cheesecake in a cold cream form. Disclaimer: This soft serve is not for those who like intense matcha in its purest form.

Besides the interesting taste, the texture is to die for - soft, smooth, and creamy. It had just the right amount of creaminess.

The price is also relatively worthwhile ($3.90 for a cone/cup), compared to one small cheese tart ($4.20).

Would definitely come back for more if I wanted a cold, refreshing dessert with a hint of matcha!

Tried my first slice of cheese tart from @pablo_cheese_tart today and I gotta say, it was so good?? I loved the gooey cheese because I didn’t have to put in any effort in chewing it and the glaze on top gave it a nice sourish taste to balance everything. Plus, I loved the flaky pie crust thingy going on instead of the buttery kind of crust 😍 Unfortunately, super not pocket friendly - it’s $5.50 for a slice smaller than my hands.

This is kind of too sweet for me. Matcha taste was strong but lack the familiar bitterness to it. The cheese taste was super subtle, would wish for it to be stronger though I wonder if it'd be weird should the taste be stronger. Anyway, it's not expensive as well, which I think it quite worth it as compare to the smoothie.

Opening special - buy 6 mini tarts and get a drink (except smoothie) for free.

We tried all the flavours - original ($3.90), matcha, chocolate, kaya coconut and beni imo (purple sweet potato). The rest are $4.20 each. So iced mocha for free.

My preference in order:
Chocolate 👍🏻 (bittersweet and so melty)
Original
Kaya
Matcha
Beni Imo

My fav is definitely the original, very creamy and cheesy. Love the crust too. My fav cheese tarts of all! Chocolate is bittersweet so it’s very nice as well. Matcha is a tad sweet for my liking and melt too fast compare to the others.

Green on green to commemorate Earth Day 🌏🌱 Well, also because I simply love Matcha Latte! 😘 Pricey menu, but I love that they can adjust the sweetness level for my matcha, and they offer free wifi and electrical sockets too...

This is not my no. 1 go-to place. But I enjoy Pablo for it’s open concept, free WiFi and abundance of power points, on top of its cheesy treats. Highly recommended to get a nice cheese tart paired with their coffee as a mid-day treat. I personally think the Mini tarts taste better because it’s just so crusty (plus I’m a crusty person). Coffee is average but it’s just nice to have it with the tart.

If you would like to satisfy both your cheese tart and matcha craving, without exceeding your calorie count, go for the Matcha Mini. The tart crust was of the right thickness and baked sufficiently to achieve a golden brown without causing the tart to be hard. The filling was a good balance of matcha and cream cheese. A bite into the tart showcased the matcha first, with the cream cheese slowly revealing itself. In its entirety, the tart was not too heavy and could be delightfully devoured in seconds

This is a grilled cheddar toast topped with Brie cheese and served with honey. The toast itself was crisp on the outside, but moist and airy inside. Despite emptying the entire cup of honey onto the toast, the toast was not sickeningly sweet; in fact, the honey blended so seamlessly with the savoury cheddar that its sweetness was hardly noticeable. Having a lighter flavour compared to Cheddar, the Brie cheese contributed little to the overall savouriness of the dish. However, it provided a different texture to the rest of the toast. I would have preferred the honey and the cheese toppings to play more significant roles in the flavour profile of the entire dish, but the cheddar toast is quite delightful on its own.
