$9.50 one slice of cheese tart and a cup of tea/coffee.
very different from what i expected, the cheese is foamy, light, airy and just so fluffy, together with the crust that’s pastry-like, it gives some crunch and balance to everything.
The yellow layer of jelly on top was not too sweet nor thick, which is fine since it doesn’t affect the touch.

Overall the tart was light and not jelat as i thought it would get after eating a few bites. Great tea time snack to sit down and sip on a cup of tea. Much relax. Ambience was quiet, nice and cozy!

verdict: 8/10
damage: 8/10 (as just for a pretty small slice)

Any matcha lovers here? I love matcha and I used to think only old people would like it due to its strong bitterness. Surprised to see many young fans.

Pablo's had a strong taste of green tea, and more faint in its cheese. I like the crispy crumbly tart shell. Not bad.

Freshly Baked Cheese Tart ($9.50 including tea/coffee) - Did not try this in Tokyo, so I thought it would be worth the try in since it is available in Singapore.

Unfortunately it was pretty underwhelming in the sense that I have already had better Japanese cheese tarts. That said, it is not a bad dessert. The mousse-like filling is light and could have more cheese taste, though the apricot jam adds a nice touch of sweetness. The crust is pretty firm and tough to break and I do wish that it was a bit more crumbly.

Classic Cheese Tart Smoothie ($7.80) - A thick beverage which tastes like a very light cheesecake-ish blend that's somehow stronger in taste than the tart itself.

Definitely an interesting drink that isn't too strong or pungent with cheese as the base ingredient of the smoothie, but it might be wise to share as it could get too jelat towards the end. Matcha fans should go for the rich Uji Matcha and Azuki Cream Smoothie ($8.50) with shiratama which packs a relatively strong matcha flavour.

These tarts (plain $3.50, matcha & chocolate flavours $3.80 each) in my opinion, were unfortunately cloyingly sweet. Just 1 bite of each flavour and I don't feel like finishing them.

At $3.90 it was a good price given the richness of the soft serve. As for the taste, I couldnt trace neither the cheese nor the matcha. It was just....milky and creamy. The cone was actually quite delicious and crispy. At 10.15am Friday morning, there were no queue and no crowd.

Creamy and cheesy!
It’s never enough, bought extra box of tarts back home!

The lava mini tarts ($3.8 each) are cute and delish. Matcha one was a bit too sweet for me but the rich chocolate taste was fulfilling.
The large tart cake ($15) is of light cheese. Although soft and not overly sweet, it didn't hav the lava effect we expected 😔

The molten lava that flowed out was Super thick and creamy and bound to cause insta sore throat

Was kinda disappointed at this as I had a much higher expectation for it. Thankfully, I didn’t had to queue, so all’s good. Personally prefer BAKE’s cheese 😕

Classic cheese shake topped with a mini classic cheese tart - talk about cheesy 🧀 There’s been so many cheese tart stores opening everywhere (Asia and NA) but which one is your fav? Mine has to be BAKE 🙃

In frame, matcha and chocolate cheese mini tarts which fit better for individual consumption and especially so when you wanna try all 3 flavours! (Bcos we are greedy like that!🤣) The queue is no longer snaking long but still there during peak periods.

I tried the chocolate and matcha cheese tarts!

Love the crust. Not too sweet and a nice crunch!!

Matcha cheese was my preferred one. It was not too sweet with a light tinge of the matcha flavor. The cheese was still runny, like 流沙 even though I only tried it a few hours later.

Dark chocolate was interesting but abit too bitter for me. And rich.

Remember to stop by on weekdays if you don’t want to wait in line!!

I made it!!! Been walking past many weekends and the line is always sooooooo long. But today on a weds night there was no line! According to the cashier weekdays is quite quiet.

I got the cheese soft custard in a cone - I would prefer if it is more salty.. taste like a milk custard. Quite smooth but taste is not my thing. The cone is like sugar wafer, quite thin and crispy! Good job!

Going at $3.90
