‘Palata’ sounds like ‘Palate’ but it’s not! In Finnish it means to return or come back. In Italian, it means large amount and in Crotian, it means palace or mansion. Palate Coffee is a hole in the wall focusing on 100% Arabica coffee. Coffee, Chocolate, Matcha, Chai, Tea. Palata Coffee is a celebration of craft, creativity and innovation. An adventure of ideas where process is equally important as the outcome. Palata aims to encourage the practice of the engaged entreprenuer community, as well as serving simple fresh cakes & coffee.
