First time visited Paradise Classic, but very disappointed. We ordered 4 dishes and 1 soup, their sour sweet fish is too hard to bite, Chicken are overcooked.

Like how they sell it by the piece, instead of having to order a huge portion. Wouldn't have ordered it otherwise, so it's a great business decision

Steamed upon order(yes, even the meat). Pretty tender, it breaks apart if u use chopsticks to pick it up, that's why they give you plastic gloves on both hands. Not bad, rather mild sweet flavours, but maybe not stunning enough to be a signature

Cold water is chargeable at 0.3++

Super high expectations from the pictures and I gotta say the sauce didn't disappoint. Delightfully deep sweet and savoury flavours from the intense soy sauce, with a whiff of heat from the chili(don't worry, you don't taste it AT ALL, it's a family friendly restaurant). Unfortunately the pork belly was very tough. Still edible, esp when paired w that supreme sauce

P.S. there really shld be tipping culture I feel. A blanket 10% doesn't cut it, when these people have excellent service and other places might be really cold/annoyed/can't speak clearly

Other dishes that you can consider include the Pan-fried Vermicelli with Assorted Seafood ($16.80), Stir Fried Lala in Curry Sauce ($16.80) and for a balanced meal, a plate of Chinese spinach cooked with a trio of eggs. With the phase 2 reopening, Paradise Classic will be offering a 30% discount for takeaway orders and 20% discount for dine-in orders.

Pork belly its savory, sweet, and full of fragrance.
