Usually not a fan of fish dishes (thanks to our tiny fear of fish bones) but their 水煮鱼 is currently our favourite dish- a big bowl of spicy soup with generous serving of fish, black fungus, soybean sprouts and sweet potato noodles- if you want an alternative to mala xiang guo get this, the fragrance and tingling sensation is smth we really enjoy!!!!🤤🤤💯💯 This dish also has beef options (currently drooling thinking about this☺️) and 10/10 would come back for this again🌶 To balance out the spiciness, we also got their la mian and the wanton is really plump and filled with shrimp🦐 We rarely dine at Paradise Dynasty but after this meal we’re really excited to try more of their food especially so since Paradise is now having 30% off total bill for Citibank, Maybank and Paradise Group members!!!

Don't underestimate this humble-looking dish. This isn't just lettuce, it's cold, fresh, very crunchy lettuce that refreshes you and is delightful to chew on. The roasted sesame sauce for dipping is a perfect and all-round popular companion.

Poached Sliced Fish (水煮鱼) (Szechuan Style) (Level 1 - 小辣) I don't like to eat spicy food and low tolerant in spicy. That's why I didn't want to try spicy food. I felt numb after eating for a few rounds. I like fresh sliced fish to be not that hard and soaked in mala soup. It's suitable for sharing between 3 to 4 people. They put a lot of ingredients inside the mala soup such as beansprout, glass noodles, mushroom and etc.

A lot of ingredients such as vegtable and pork was being wrapped inside the wanton skin and added into the pork bone soup after boiling at the hot water. I found the pork bone soup got strong fishy aftertaste. It's good to have sauce such as vinegar with ginger or chili sauce for complement with wanton itself.

Xiao long baos are pretty yummy here; in addition to the original, the foie gras and crab roe ones are also recommended. The Sheng Jian Bao (fried soup dumplings) are also scrumptious. Chongqing chicken is mediocre. Be careful if you sit in the open outside area. Starving passers-by might ask to pick up some of your food.
