This cold brew is double filtered, extra clean, and brewed in small batches for optimal quality control. I personally found this brew not milky or creamy enough - the taste of espresso was quite sharp, waaay towards the acidic side. Probably wouldnโ€™t get it again as my type of cold brew whites tend to be milkier and less acidic.

Dropped by here for a coffee run while waiting for Baristart and had their ๐™ธ๐šŒ๐šŽ๐š ๐š ๐š‘๐š’๐š๐šŽ ($3.90). Their coffee is slightly more on the acidic//sour side hahah my friend got the mocha and HMM HAHAHA now i realised how significant the coffee beans will affect the overall drink felt that it didnt go rly well tgt but still super affordable place for coffee and mini bites//mains - wld come back to try!! && the place aesthetics!! love the chill vibes and the q friendly server :')

The pastries and coffee at parallel are honestly great. Iโ€™m in love with Duxton!

Pain au chocolat: $4.5
Latte: $3.9

Went to their new outlet at Duxton, I opted for the amino acai bowl and their vanilla oolong kombucha. The Amino consists of strawberries, blueberries, goji, chia seeds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. It is good to have healthy and hearty options that tasted delicious.

Having moved from their Raffles City outlet, Parallel now occupies a cosy new space on Duxton Hill and a larger menu to boot, including Acai bowls, croissants, and sourdough sandwiches. Burppler Xing Wei Chua likes how their Acai bowls aren't icy, but "smooth with a deep, earthy yet berry-like note". But it's how budget-friendly their speciaty coffee are that catches his attention - from $2.90 for any black coffee and $3.90 for whites whether it's iced or not. When it gets dark, Parallel turns into a bar of sorts with classic cocktails from $10!

After closing down both their One Raffles Place and Raffles City outlets, Parallel had since relocated to their new digs at 39 Duxton Hill โ€” the Acฬงai bowl and specialty coffee joint is now serving up a more extensive menu here, with croissants and sourdough sandwiches also taking their place in the menu here.

Had lunch prior to visiting them so just ended up sharing the Acฬงai bowl instead โ€” the Superstar features elements such as Banana, Granola, Pecan Bits, Sunflower Seeds, Blueberries and Chia Seeds with the acฬงai smoothie; patrons can also opt for an additional honey topping at no extra cost, and also can go for a half Acฬงai and half Chobani yoghurt option if they so wish to. Still liked how the acฬงai bowls here arenโ€™t icy; smooth with a deep, earthy yet berry-like note that is aptly sweetened by the other elements such as the honey and sliced banana, while the other components provide for a more wholesome experience whilst giving the entire acฬงai bowl a myriad of textures for additional contrast.

Have heard how affordable the cocktails are here, but I think itโ€™s how budget-friendly their specialty coffee are that really catches my attention โ€” $2.90 for any black coffee (i.e. Double Ristretto, Long Black) and $3.90 for whites (i.e. Macchiato, Piccolo, Flat White, Latte, Cappuccino) irregardless whether iced or hot; bet this place is gonna be a haunt for cafe-goers for great and pocket-friendly coffee and sandwiches!
