An interesting collabs with KEK Seafood side venture; Wok In Burger. Potato bun with coffee pork loin and mixed raw veggies. As expected, the coffee pork ribs is really good 👍🏼 Thick slab of fried pork loin glazed in sweet coffee flavour that is to my liking.

Surprisingly, the shoestring fries was so addictive! So thin and easy to just pop the fries into the mouth without stopping.

Impossible™ meat patty (meat made from plants), caramelised onions, cheddar, dill pickles, special sauce, rye bread

Last chance to try this massively tasty collab between PBD and Candlenut before the month is over! That patty is the work of a genius, with the buah keluak’s flavour permeating the entire burger and even chicken cartilage for that little bit of bite. An oozy fried egg, ikan billis sambal and crunchy strips of cucumber rounds off this experience that you can’t get anywhere else. $1 of proceeds from this burger also goes to charity, so there’s really no reason not to have a go at this!

Absolutely love this sandwich! The sauteed mushrooms were delicious and you can taste the earthy tones in them, plus the melty cheese just makes the combo a match made in heaven! It may be a vegetarian sandwich but this is filling and tasty to boot!

A close second to Burnt Ends as my favourite PBD collab, this Buah Keluak Burger ($25) collab with Candlenut was marvelous.
The beef patty mixed with chicken cartilage was really luscious, but the buah keluak truly elevated it with its robust and complex flavours.
To top it off, the chicken curry reduction and the ikan bilis sambal added even more dimensions to the already flavourful burger. These flavours were added with a sophisticated harmony, without getting overwhelming. The result of an amalgamation of these amazing Peranakan flavours was a decadent and multifaceted burger which never got boring.
