I finally ordered from this always-crowded deli. Go big or go home. This is the $24 star item. The sourdough rye used is huge, so you can share this pricey sandwich. Check out the beef brisket. Pastrami is a Romanian meat that's brined, smoked and steamed. I must admit the beef was overrated. This also came with Russian coleslaw, Swiss cheese, mustard and pickles.

It’s a 5/7 good sandwich. Might be able to make it myself at home you think?

Was recommended this item yet a struggle before settling for it, since the rest of the menu looked so much more exciting. Delicious but basically what you'd expect for a good fried chicken between soft buns. Plus point to the generous amount of meat that made it feel like real chicken and not fried skin.

super yummy sandwich :-) beef pastrami was tender and oozing with juice! the thinly shaving of the pastrami added a really nice texture and made the sandwich light and tasty, rather than heavy and greasy (like what you would get in a cheeseburger). the swiss cheese complemented the beef fantastically, and the sandwich was toasted to golden brown perfection. also comes with coleslaw and pickles, which helped cut the grease of the sandwich!

only gripe would be that this is really pricey!! but so yummy 😝 and perhaps they could have served a more generous portion of pickles?

shop space is a little small but really nicely decorated with vintage vibes and artsy decor

$24 | 9.5/10 🌟

Park Bench Deli is notorious for their spectacular sandwiches that are full of rustic charm, but also chocked to the brim with handcrafted, premium fillings, seasoned and flavoured to perfection.
The Impossible Melt was by far my favourite – seemingly simple but with a world of flavour. You really wouldn’t know it wasn’t real beef! The fries on the side were so damn good too. Hefty pricetags were pretty worth the sizeable portions and impeccabke flavours!

Verdict: 9.5/10

Wanted to order the Roast Chicken BLT but I can’t eat seaweed so opted for the Kale Mushroom Melt instead. Honestly this was my second option because mushroom + cheese + bread just seems like the perfect sandwich to me! Though a tad pricey at $16, I thoroughly enjoyed it so delicious food wins 🙌🏻 Would definitely want to try the tater tots next time round~
