Mix of all 3

In general all their stuff are very "as-is", no strong marinade or modification; from the satays to the sauce. The mutton isn't v good, it's hard and chewy. Ckn and pork were both tender and there isn't much marination. Sauce was also a lot less processed than most other places. No crispiness at all tho but otherwise it's ok

Guess a certain crowd would love this but I prefer my satay to be strong and indulgent

Misleading name. It's not sweet at all. The stallholder specially reminded me. Curiously she did so after the transaction.

From the stall Pastapedia. Ironic name. They need to visit Wikipedia on how to cook. The carbonara was tasteless. How do you mess that up? The meat was relatively okay, but just okay. This stall looked so promising, serving a wide range of proteins and pasta styles that are customisable.

Do head down to try!

There are a few stingray stalls at Pasir Panjang Food Centre, but I prefer this ๆ–ฐ็ฆ่ฎฐ ๐—•๐—•๐—ค ๐˜€๐˜๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐˜† (#01-07)! Don't be fooled by how unassuming the chilli looks, it packs a punch. This stall was once mentioned in Michelin Guide and also sells other seafood items like the sambal sotong that we got๐Ÿ”ฅ

If youโ€™re in Pasir Panjang food center, this satay stall is a definite must try. Pork satay taste sweet, has juicy fat, and has charred aroma.
