Generous amount of clams, tasty white wine infused with garlicky olive oil. Simply a timeless combination. Fight me if you disagree!

Was pretty pleased with the depth of the taste - not simply just salty, garlicky and hints of white wine, but the taste of herbs was also infused. Usually parsley are added as more of a finishing touch/for show, but not here at Pasta Brava. Would revisit, but only with Burpple Beyond deal. Price tag is a tad too high for a commoner like me, plus I can find places which serve similar quality at lower prices.

As a seafood lover, I opted for the Linguine Regina Del Mare and I like how savoury and sweet it is! It is filled with luxurious seafood such as prawns, clams, scallops, squid, and crayfish, definitely value for money and worth a try! Highly recommended for seafood and italian food lovers!

This was a well executed, exquisite dish. The handmade fresh pasta was soft and not dry, and was sliced in thick pieces that look like mee hoon kuay. The texture was to me, pretty much perfect. Scallops and prawns were fresh, but small in both size and portion. The green peppercorn with saffron cream sauce was a pleasant surprise to me, especially as I am not a fan of creamy pasta (I however, chose this due to raving reviews). It was light, with a distinctive unique spice taste, adding onto the overall flavour of the sauce. I enjoyed how this dish tasted a lot, as it was extremely decadent. It did taste sophisticated and more to the expensive side, which explains the price😂 nonetheless, while this dish was delicious, I don’t think I will actually ever crave it, but it is definitely worth a try.
Also, I loved the ambience of the restaurant. It emulates a cosy, yet classy setting, one that you can find in Italy restaurants as well.

This was a pretty well done dish with all the flavours coming together just right. The homemade ravioli’s texture was perfect - was soft and easy to bite. It was stuffed with minced beef together with tomato sauce. While the ravioli filled with ingredients was salty, I decided it added more taste to the dish, as the surrounding Gorgonzola cheese sauce gave a subtle, light flavour that encompassed the whole dish.

On first look this bowl of lobster bisque made me roll my eyes🙄 $13.99 for a ‘chef’s special’ lobster bisque and it comes with such a depressing presentation? 🤥 Horrible presentation aside, I’m Glad to say despite the repulsing impression it first gives, it was one yummy, appetising soup. And I Guess when it boils down to flavours, those are more important than aesthetics right? The soup was smooth with subtle creaminess, a strong umami flavour, together with a tinge of spiciness (I don’t know where this taste came from😂). The broth had a strong lobster flavour as well as a seafood aroma, which would need time to get used to, but grows on you after a while (like all lobster bisques). For the portion and price though, this was pretty expensive, and I probably wouldn’t get it again.
P.S. got this with burpple beyond deal which made this soup more worth it!

I had their home made ravioli (ravioli con carne di manzo al gorgonzola - ravioli filled with minced meat, served with light Gorgonzola cheese sauce). The soft dough wrapped a savoury tomato sauce with meat fillings, and the dishes was topped with a smooth fragrant cream sauce. I enjoyed the perfect blend of tomato and cheese, and the texture of the pasta was really enjoyable :) this photo doesn’t do it justice. My fiancé got the stracci ai gamberi e capesante - stracci with scallops, seafood in a saffron cream sauce. For cheese lovers definitely - thin sliced pasta was so delicate and enjoyable! We used the Burpple lunch set, so you can pick any pasta under $28 and pair it with a drink and soup. The coffee was delicious, the service impeccable and the lobster bisque was a great starter. I felt satisfied after the meal! I’ve heard that this place was great pasta and it definitely lived up to expectations :)
